- Places are limited in every draw and allocated in the order paid registrations are received (first come, first served).
4. Registration and payment
- Registration is done online and is only final once paid, which is confirmed by e-mail.
- Fees: CHF 25 per doubles draw, CHF 45 for a morning doubles draw + the mixed doubles.
- Geneva Sports Club members get a reduced fee (CHF 20 / CHF 35) with the discount code sent to them. The code is strictly reserved for members; in case of misuse, the organisers may ask for the difference to be paid.
- During payment, the place is held for 15 minutes; after that, it is released.

5. Cancellation by the player

- After that date, or if you don’t show up on the day, the registration is not refunded.
- With the organisers’ agreement, a registration may be transferred to another person who meets the eligibility conditions.
- If your partner withdraws, let us know as soon as possible: we will try to find you another partner.
6. Cancellation or changes by the organisers
- If the tournament is cancelled, you are refunded in full.
- If it is postponed, your registration remains valid; if the new date doesn’t suit you, you are refunded in full on request.
- If a draw does not have enough players, the organisers may cancel it or merge it with another; affected registrations are refunded if you don’t wish to play in the new format.
- The organisers may adjust the schedule, match format or draws to keep the day running smoothly.
